Arrow 407: Brotherhood

Ghost are attempting to take down an armored car. Just as they are about to take it the canary call rings out and team Arrow arrives. Just as Team Arrow takes down the Ghost the last one throws a grenade into the back and blows up the money. They are burning the money because it was sent by the federal government to prop up Star City Bank.
Back at the lair they are discussing why Darhk wants the city to burn. They believe they want a dead city to use as their base. Everyone but Diggle and Oliver leave the table. Diggle shows Oliver the file on his brother that Lance gave him last week. Diggle is doubting if he’s known his brother. Oliver tells Diggle that everything isn’t always what it seems.
Flashback-Oliver is doubting the reasoning behind Vlad’s attack
Ray arrives at Felicity and Oliver’s apartment. Felicity wants Ray to look at the tooth they pulled off one of the Ghost. Ray does some analyst that the DNA was stripped by a chemical and the company that has the patent on it is Wolfman Biologics
Oliver, Thea and Alex are going over Oliver’s platform for the election. Oliver gets pulled away by a phone call. Alex tells Thea that he thinks Oliver is onto them. The phone call was from Felicity about the tooth issue. Oliver comes back into the office and says they have to leave to take care of it.
The team is at Wolfman Biologics. The team is looking for the compound that breaks down the DNA. Ray needs it so he can rebuild the DNA in the tooth. Diggle and the team are searching and Oliver is on overwatch. A team of ghost are also breaking into the lab. Speedy and Oliver take them out while Laurel and Diggle continue to search for the compound. Diggle take out a member of ghost. He pulls back the mask to reveal his brother Andy. Andy wakes up and knocks over a stunned Diggle and escapes.
Back in the lair the team is trying to figure out what is going with Andy. Oliver wants to rescue Andy from Hive. Diggle says that man is not his brother, that his brother is dead.
Flashback-Oliver and Conklin are complaining to Reiter on why Oliver killed the prisoner. Reiter walks up with some sticks and ask Oliver why he did it, Then ask Conklin. Reiter believes Olivers telling the truth and Conklin gets taken away
Lance and Darhk are meeting about how Team Arrow followed him. Darhks people believe that Lance set it up. Darhk threatens Lance and walks out. Lance sees a piece of paper on Darhk’s desk with a slip number on it for Staring Dock.
Thea is getting ready for the event and her phone rings, once again its Malcolm. She answers it and tell him she doesn’t want to talk. He tells her then why’d she pick up. Malcolm is in the other room and Malcolm is there to offer more on the blood lust. Malcolm hands her the file of a known petafile and killing that man would give her another month of peace.
Oliver takes the stage at the Police Deparment Ball give his speech about how they are doing the best with what they have. After the speech Lance catches Oliver up on the meeting with Darhk. Oliver is concerned that Lance might be in danger. Lance gives Oliver the info about Slip 52. Laurel and Diggle are discussing the similarities between Sara and Andy. Laurel is explaining how Diggle can use this to heal. Diggle breaks down telling a story about his brother and telling his nephew that his dad was dead. Oliver is shaking hands and meeting with everyone at the ball. Darhk walks up and introduces himself and says he has some ideas on how he can help Oliver’s campaign with both money and contacts. Oliver wants to know what Darhk wants. Darhk wants Oliver to leave Starling Bay as is and if he doesn’t Oliver won’t be unopposed for mayor.
Oliver and Felicity are in the lair discussing Oliver’s plan to take up Darhk on his offer. Felicity reminds Oliver about the last time he tried to take down an evil organization from the inside. Oliver says it will be different this time because he’s doing it as Oliver, not the Arrow. Felicity doesn’t want him to do it because it will ruin his mayoral run, not even for Diggle.
Flashback-Conklin is on his knees infront of everyone. Reiter gives a speech that his punishment won’t come from him but from Oliver and Reiter hands Oliver a whip. Oliver stands back with the whip as Conklin begs for forgiveness. Oliver starts to whip Conklin.
Thea and Alex are having drinks. They are discussing Diggle and Andy. Alex gets a call and he leaves the table. Another man comes up and offers to by Thea a drink. Thea says no and the man say that tipical no means yes this sets off Thea’s bloodlust and he starts beating on the man. Alex walks back in to find Thea beating the man.
Diggle is at home trying to figure out if he wants to call his brothers wife about Andy being alive. Diggle and his wife talk about the Andy being back and what that means. There’s a knock at the door. It’s Oliver. Oliver tells Diggle about Dock 52 and Diggle agrees to try to get Andy as long as the girls sit this mission out. DIggle doesn’t want everyone to risk it for Andy.
At the docks Darhk is telling new HIVE recruits about the journey they are about to take. One of the ghost passes out pills to the new recruits that will help them cooperate. The soldiers discover Diggle and Oliver on a shipping crate and start shooting. Andy takes off the mask and instructs the men to only kill the one in green. Diggle and Oliver fight off the Ghost. Oliver takes some damage but Diggle is able to pull him out of the fight.
Back at the Lair Felicity is patching up Oliver. Diggle wants Oliver to let it go. Diggle believes Oliver has a blind spot when it comes to family and Diggle says there’s no excuse for Andy to leave his family for 8 years. Oliver wants to believe Andy can come back because he needs to believe no matter how dark that people can come back. Diggle confronts Oliver’s idea about taking out Darhk. Diggle wants to do it in the light of day not in the shadows.
Flashback- Oliver is now in the cave explaining how Tainia brother is dead.
Felicity is back at her apartment with Ray. Felicity is asking Ray why he doesn’t want to come back from dead yet. Ray is in some self reflection, he says if he’s going to come back from the dead he wants his life to mean something. Ray figured out that the tooth came from Muller Psychiatric Center.
The team is suiting up going over the plan to rescue Andy because they don’t have the manpower to take out ghost. Diggle walks in and tells the team that he can’t let them do that. Diggle doesn’t believe Andy deserves to get rescued. The team says that his call not theirs and they leave to go get him with Diggle standing in the Lair.
The team is on a rooftop surveying the area. They have new tech that can unmask people with an infrared camera. Oliver finds that this might be a staging area for other activities. Thea and Laurel are discovered by Ghost and the fight starts. Thea is able to take down Andy but because of his size she is unable to carry him. Atom flies in to join the fight. Thea is confronted by Dahrk and Darhk knows she’s been trained by Ras. Thea is trapped. Dahrk tries to suck the soul out of Thea but because she’s been in the pit it somehow posioned him. He gets weak and she is able to escape. Laurel finally gets to Andy’s location but she to is unable to carry him. Oliver tells Ray to go get them and as Ray flies away more ghost come Oliver takes out as many as he can but one is standing behind him. A shot rings out. Its Diggle joining the fight. Diggle said my brother needed me…the green one.
Back at the Lair Diggle is thanking everyone. Ray is still going to leave to figure himself out. Diggle is going to take to Andy before he does Oliver says he’s going to take out Darhk in the light of day.
Flashback- Tainia is explaining how she got to the island. Oliver tells her that Conklin killed her brother. Oliver shows her the map he stole from Reiter and ask for her help trying to find a detailed map.
Malcolm is invited in by Thea. They both have a seat on the couch, Thea tells Malcolm that she believes that Dahrk might be the one who can help her blood lust. She ask for Malcolm’s help to make that permanent.
Diggle is questioning Andy about the file. He wants to know if it’s true. Andy takes the file and looks and says all of it is true.
Oliver is at the Bay giving a speech about how saving the bay is important. Darhk is in the crowd Oliver is giving the speech directly to him. Oliver says he’s going to fight for this city in the light of day
