Arrow 406: Lost Souls

We are at Palmer Tech with showing Ray’s failed miniaturization of the suit during the explosion we see Ray and the suit thrown from the top floor of Palmer Tech.

Oliver, Speedy and Alex are talking over final prep for his campaign. Alex ends up asking Speedy out on a date. Speedy tells him ‘No’ because her life is complicated right now.

Back in Palmer Tech Felicity is still trying to track down Ray. Felicty has been on a bender trying to find him and Terrific is worried. Oliver walks in and Felicity tells him that Ray is alive and that she needs to help him.

Flashback- Oliver takes Reiter back to the chamber where Constantine found the Orb last week. Reiter uses the Orb to find a hidden message on the wall. Reiter knows there’s a gift at the location. He sends Oliver to find it.

In Laurel’s apartment Sara is calling her mom let her know that she’s still alive.

Oliver and Felicity come back into the apartment. Oliver wants Felicity to shower and rest. She finally agrees but gets a notification on her phone that the program is done complying. She runs over to a computer to find out that Ray is trapped against his will that someone is after the tech in the ATOM suit. The camera pulls back to find that Ray has been shrunk and is trapped in a glass cell.

Back in the Lair, Laurel is learning about Ray’s condition. Ray says there’s a machine that can restore him back to normal size. Felicity says she’s going back to the lab to find the drawings. Oliver offers to help but Felicity shuts him down.

Flashback- Oliver is now at the coast line with a group of workers. Oliver allows the workers to have a lunch after a man named Vlad speaks up for him. Oliver walks away to enjoy his lunch while other man makes an offer to Vlad to make his life better.

Back at the lab Terrific and Felicity are looking through files on the computer searching for the plans to restore him. Terrific says he can build the machine but his missing one piece that they can only get for Kord Industries. Felicity says it can’t get any worse because they need to borrow it from their biggest competitor. Just as this comes up Felicity’s mom walks in. Her mom says that Oliver flew her in for a surprise because Felicity was so stressed lately. Terrific ask how they are going to get the piece. Felicity says they aren’t.

Oliver is outside Kord Industries talking with Felicity about her mom being in town. Oliver and Felicity go back and forth on the subject only to be interrupted by Diggle. Felicity thought she was talking to just Oliver but all the com links were open. Kord upgraded their response time and guards arrive early. Sara takes on one of the guards and loses control and won’t stop punching the man. They get the part needed to finish the project. Felicity pushes away from the station and the screen comes on behind her. It’s Ray. She lets him know that they have acquired all the pieces needed for the machine. Ray gets quiet, Darhk appears from behind.

Back at the lair Diggle, Oliver and Felicity are having a talk about Darhk and Ray. They want to use Lance to find a location. Felicity and Oliver get into it again about her mother. Oliver planned to cook a dinner for the three of them. Diggle agrees they can’t do anything until they have more.

Flashback-Oliver took food to the lady he led away a few episodes earlier. Oliver ask her if Reiter has shown anything mystical or magical. The lady says Reiter is religious and said that he’s healed people.

Darhk is talking with Ray. Darhk can’t restore him to proper size. Darhk knows Ray has been contacting Felicity. Darhk just stumbled upon the distress call. He wants Ray to tell him how to restore the suit to full size.

Olvier is late to dinner. Felicity’s mom tried to make the chicken but caught it on fire. Oliver and Felicity have a talk in code about Lance. Felicity’s mom realizes something is wrong and says she’s going to leave to get take out. Felicity blames herself for Ray being kidnapped. That she was too busy getting swept up by Oliver. Felicity is upset because she’s not the girl that loses herself in a guy. Oliver says he’s going to give her space to figure it out.

Oliver is now back at the lair, with Diggle. Diggle questions why Oliver is there. Oliver and Diggle share a drink and start to talk about the issues Oliver and Felicity are having. Diggle questions why Oliver and jealous of Ray. He says all Oliver needs to do is give her some time and space. Diggle gets a text Lance is meeting with Darhk.

Flashback- Oliver gets attacked by Vlad

Lance and Darhk meet. Lance wants Darhk’s help with fixing Sara. Darhk gets mad and leaves. Diggle is on his tail.

Felicity and her mom have a talk about Oliver. Donna explains to Felicity that the reason she gets lost in Oliver is because that is what love is and she assures her that Oliver is lost in her the same way. Oliver text Felicity about Diggle having Ray’s location.

The team is set up around the desk in lair. Ray is held up in the Lawton Building (Deadshot?) the most secure building on the west coast. They need Terrific with them on the mission so they can resize Ray inside the building. Sara wants to help out. The team is off to the building to get Ray. Just as Oliver is about to shoot an arrow towards the building a man hits him with the butt of a gun.

Oliver wakes up chained in the basement. Darhk walks in with his quiver and breaks off an arrow. The man leaves Oliver and Darhk walks to the elevator takes off his mask, it was Diggle. The team is outside ready to continue with the rest of the plan. Terrific and Felicity are going to base jump. Felicity is using code names now because of Terrific. They bust through the window of the building. The rest of the team is taking out the security staff. Darhk goes to take Oliver’s hood down. Oliver frees himself and tries to shoot Darhk. Darhk just brushes off the arrow and he uses magic to choke Oliver with chains. Terrific uses the gun to to restore Ray. Sara kills another guard. Team Arrow escapes the building.

Back at the Lair Ray is explaining what happened to him after the explosion. The team updates Ray on Darhk. Ray says that its Felicity’s company until Ray is read to comeback from the dead.

Flashback- Oliver kills Vlad in front of all the other slaves.

Sara is telling Laurel and Speedy that she needs to leave to deal with her coming back and that being in Star city isn’t good for her. She says she’s leaving to see her mom in Central City.

Oliver and Felicity are having a clear the air talk in their bedroom.  They both agree they will be fine because they found themselves in each other.

Lance and Donna find each other at a bar.

Speedy ask Alex out for that dinner date. She wants a normal life.

Darhk’s scientist says they drew some data from Palmers suit. They think they can use it. Darhk wants him to use it on some fold out map looking thing.
