A New Tale of Crystals Begins as FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS is Available for iOS and Android Today
The moment that many of us hardcore Final Fantasy fans have been waiting for is finally here. A lot is riding on the success of this mobile venture, this is Square Enix’s first release of a multiple release strategy to bring Final Fantasy back into the hearts of gamers and to try and wash away the less than inspired crud from this past decade. The second part of Square’s strategy is the upcoming full-length movie Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV starring Lena Headey, Aaron Paul and Sean Bean. This movie is a direct tie-in to the upcoming release of Final Fantasy XV. Square Enix has all the right moving parts working together for a successful relaunch and I’m fairly certain these three releases have what it takes to get the franchise back where it was during the early days of Final Fantasy. The free-to-play game (with in-app purchases) fuses the epic features of all FINAL FANTASY titles, including captivating story, strategic turn-based gameplay and the legendary conflict between heroes and foes with modern streamlined battle mechanics and intuitive touch controls. Appealing for both newcomers and long-time fans alike, the game has already found resounding success in Japan, with more than 6.5 million players.
