For a lot of us Supernatural freaks, season 11 was a return to form and I’m anxious to bask in the glory of all the intricate details that the season 11 DVD and Blu-ray release has to offer. You can’t have light without darkness, and you can’t have darkness without light,” the EP continues. “Chuck, for as angry as he was at his sister, he understood that and that’s why he locked her away. She remained a counterweight.”

According the latest press release, the DVD/Blu-ray release will include numerous deleted scenes, a gag reel (you’ve gotta have that), three audio commentaries and several featurettes.

Supernatural returns on its new night, Thursday, Oct. 13 at 9/8c on The CW.
