Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Kevin Sorbo has been casted as a new villain to face off against Supergirl.

Executive producer Andrew Kreisberg released a statement following the announcement: “Since his days as Hercules, Kevin Sorbo has brought such a strong presence to the screen and we couldn’t be more excited to have him join us on Supergirl.”
This is the second major villain casting this week as early it was reported that former Lois & Clark star Teri Hatcher has also been casted as a major villain for the remainder of the season. Will the two be on screen together? Will they end up being the mysterious aliens that are hunting Mon-El? Only time will tell.
