Welcome to The Crossroads – This week Thomas, Ryan Denton and Mike discuss Supernatural 12x20 ‘Twigs & Twine & Tasha Banes’
This week Richard Speight Jr. returns to the set of Supernatural to direct another episode and he has delivered again! He’s officially 3 for 3, proving that he can play the role of actor and director. Since last season, Richard has manage to tackle comedy, cool and now with this recent episode, Speight has seamlessly delved into the horror genre. He’s exactly what the show needed right now and although this episode was a bit of a hybrid MOW/Myth-arc there were some parallel narratives at work (Mary/Ketch), plus some possible foreshadowing of some things that could happen (Max/Alicia).
Additionally, the word by way of social media is that the upcoming season finale will have the second to largest episode for VFX since the show first aired. Seems like, the season is shaping up to be an epic finale. Find out what we have to say on the latest episode of The Crossroads.
Fun Fact: Season 12 Episode 23 of #Supernatural is the second largest episode for #VFX since the show first aired. Second only to #S11E09.
