The seven-match card features five titles being defended. It all goes down live from Los Angeles, California, on Sunday beginning at 8 p.m. ET on the WWE network. Here are Greg Holmes, Ryan Denton and Bobby Doherty’s predictions on the No Mercy Pay-Per-View.
WWE No Mercy Predictions:
Intercontinental Championship – The Miz(C) vs Jason Jordan
Greg: I see this as a good showcase of Jordan’s talents but I don’t see it coming out with a win for him. I see this turning into a feud with the Miz or at least something with Angle.
Ryan: Miz retains, but Jordan shows some skills and I think sets up for him to win the title later.
Bobby: Jordan doesn’t get over until he goes full Angle and starts using his dad’s finisher. Miz is the only heel that can get him over. Miz retains with outside interference.
Greg: Yeah they can get a good program out of the two. Especially since the Miz is so hot right now.
Cruiserweight Championship – Neville(C) vs Enzo
B: Enzo dies. Complete squash match with Neville retaining
G: I see Neville retaining. Enzo seems to be the basic bitch in the ring. This might be a quick one.
R: This one is tough because Enzo is over with crowd but not over with the locker room. I could see Neville destroying him but wouldn’t be shocked if Enzo won setting up a feud. I am going to go with Neville retains but don’t be surprised if Enzo wins
Bray Wyatt vs Finn Balor
G: This is gonna be a good back and forth. I wanna call for Balor to win but I think either way they’ll continue this rivalry after the match regardless the finish
R: Yeah will be a solid match, Balor wins. The rivalry will continue keeping both out of title picture.
B: It’ll end in a DQ setting up some gimmick match at the next PPV.
G: I can see that
Tag Team Championship Match – Rollins and Ambrose(C) vs The Bar
G: Rollins and Ambrose retain, very physical match.
R: Agreed Rollins and Ambrose retain, but it will be a slobber knocker.
B: Rollins/Ambrose retain after Ambrose hits Rollins somehow. This will start to grow that ‘they don’t like each other bs’. A singles program is coming for Rollins and Ambrose.
RAW Woman’s Championship – Alexa Bliss(C) against Sasha banks, Nia Jax, Emma and Bayley
R: Nia Jax wins, she is going to murder everyone its time.
G: I wanna go on a long shot and say they go with a surprise win from Nia or Emma, Emma gets the win after Nia does the work.
R: Emma def would be a good shocker and she’s been putting in work to deserve it. Also, she’s unbelievably hot
G: I want her to sit on my face until I pass out.
R: I would totally be down for death by Emma suffocation.
G: Emmaffocation
R: Just like Emmalution.
R: I’d probably cut a finger off to date her.
Roman Reigns vs John Cena
G: I see Reigns getting put over.
R: UGH, either way, we all roll our eyes. Reigns gets over because Cena destroyed him on the mic
G: But all this will be a doozy of a match.
R: Yeah 37 superman punches and 5 moves of doom.
G: I’m sure they’ll use each other’s finisher.
R: Yeah, which sounds gay
B: Undertaker returns and fucks both of them up.
R: At No Mercy?
B: Why not set up for a Survivor Series match?
R: I could see that, does the screen go dark and Taker in the ring?
G: Yeah
WWE Universal Championship: Brock Lesnar(c) vs Braun Stowman
G: Do we even wanna do Lesner and Stowman?
R: I think we see more of Strowman whooping that ass.
G: Then Lesnar hits an F-5 for the win.
B: Just one?
R: I think 2 F5s Stowman kicks out of the first one.
B: I thought they fucked Joe with him getting finished with one F5. I think Taker took three F5s. So I’m going Lesnar retains after four F5s on Braun.
R: All the announcer tables are gone after this match.
G: I think all tables will get trashed. and they also fuck up Funaki as well.
R: Poor Funaki.
G: Also can we take a moment to appreciate Emma one more time
