Pass me hydrospanders! We finally have a synopsis for the Han Solo flick

The release of Solo: A Star Wars Story is only a few short months away and we’ve still yet to receive a trailer, but today Lucasfilm released the official synopsis via StarWars.com. No worries, the synopsis is spoiler free, but that doesn’t mean it lacks insight. The sysnopsis does aid and clarify exactly who will be the major players and we now know that we will see when Han Solo meets his loyal companion Chewbacca.

“Board the Millennium Falcon and journey to a galaxy far, far away in Solo: A Star Wars Story, an all-new adventure with the most beloved scoundrel in the galaxy. Through a series of daring escapades deep within a dark and dangerous criminal underworld, Han Solo meets his mighty future copilot Chewbacca and encounters the notorious gambler Lando Calrissian, in a journey that will set the course of one of the StarWars saga’s most unlikely heroes.”

 Based on the official synopsis, Solo: A Star Wars Story seems like it will touch on many of the things we’ve heard throughout the years about Han Solo.

Solo: A Star Wars Story arrives in theaters on May 25.
