‘The Kid’: Chris Pratt and Ethan Hawke Star in Vincent D’Onofrio’s Western (Trailer)

**Vincent D’Onofrio’s reunites Magnificent Seven Castmates in new western about Billy the Kid**

Vincent D’Onofrio (Daredevil, The Magnificent Seven) reunites with his The Magnificent Seven cast members Ethan Hawke, Chris Pratt in a new western film The Kid that D’Onofrio directs.

This marks Ethan Hawke’s third outing in a western within the last three years. Fingers crossed that this becomes a yearly trend because he’s good at it. There’s something about Hawke’s swagger that embodies the western icons of old. Hawke isn’t the only reason we should be excited, based on the trailer, we will be treated to a rare performance from Pratt as it appears he will play the role of a rather villainous type of character.

Not sure how this movie has slipped below the radar, as this is the first time I’ve heard about it and the film is set to debut in just over a week. Lionsgate has officially debuted the trailer for the film.
