DC Universe has released a new trailer for Swamp Thing. The DC Universe series follows Abby Arcane as she investigates what seems to be a deadly swamp-born virus in a small town in Louisiana but soon discovers that the swamp holds mystical and terrifying secrets. When unexplainable and chilling horrors emerge from the murky marsh, no one is safe.
Based on the DC characters originally written and drawn by Len Wein and Bernie Wrightson. A new original series #DCUSWAMPTHING premieres May 31. New episodes weekly, only on #DCUniverse.
After viewing this trailer, I can say that DC Universe is truly on to something great here. They’ve hit consecutive home runs with their inaugural series Titans and quickly followed up with Doom Patrol; both are superbly produced shows. Now, with Swamp Thing set to take center stage, we can only assume this series will maintain the quality as the previous two. Keep your fingers crossed!
