Star Trek: Picard ‘The Impossible Box’
Star Trek: From the Holodeck is a fan broadcast dedicated to breaking down, analyzing and discussing all things Star Trek.
This week Mike and Dave discuss the latest Star Trek: Picard 1.6 ‘The Impossible Box’.
- This episode didn’t waste much time taking us right into the action.
- The writers took just enough time this episode to delve into the main characters.
- The Rios and Agnes moment (although good) felt a bit odd and out of place for it to not mean something bigger.
- Narek pushes Soji to remember her dreams — to unlock the puzzle.
- It seems more and more likely the Asimov easter egg does matter.
- Partrick Stewart’s performance this week as Picard is what we’ve been waiting for.
- Sikarians and the use of the spatial projector was an awesome callback but perhaps a bit unnecessary as it is one of the moments that can create complicated questions, that can’t be answered.
