• The way it opened with the Doctors logs was a great way to flesh out our core crew members and continue to bring them more into the forefront of the series.
• The cinematography of this series has always “wowed” me and this season is no different.
• Discovery did right by Trill canon and expanded on what we know of the Trill species and using that psychedelic mindscape vibe worked with what we’ve seen before (particularly in Deep Space Nine).
• Writers in Season 3 feel like they are doing to Burnham what the writer’s of TNG did with Picard in season 2. 
• Looks like we are witnessing the beginnings of the AI interface known as Zora from Short Treks.
