The Flash 202: Flash of Two Worlds

We continue from last weeks show with Jay Garrick in STAR Labs explaining how he knows everyone in the room and that when Barry created the singularity he created a portal between their two worlds. Jay explains that Atom Smasher is from his world and that he’s worried if he made it through other may have also. Barry asks Jay how does he know this. Jay lets Barry know in his world he’s the man they call Flash.

Jay starts to explain before he came to Barry’s world he was in a fight with a man called Zoom. Jay says Zoom maybe the fastest man of all, evil with the face of death. Zoom was about to kill Jay then the portal opened up and sucked him into Barry’s world. When Jay jumped from his world to Barry’s he lost his speed. Jay has spent the last 6 months investigating Team Flash. Barry says he has some test for Jay for the team to believe him.

We now see Zoom in his all black suit pulling someone over through a portal. Zoom gives tells the man all he has to do is kill flash.

Jay is now in STAR labs and Caitlin is questioning him and starting to set up test. Jay explains that he got his powers from a blinding light and woke up after a coma with them. Jay was a scientist in his world. Professor is explaining that it’s possible that we have a multiverse. He explains that there could be an infinite earths. That everyone exists in the other earths but may have different jobs. They believe there’s still a breach into the other earth. After Caitlin comes in and says that Jay can regenerate but has no sign of having the speed force. While Caitlin was testing the physical attributes of Jay she also secretly gave Jay a lie detector test and he passed. He’s telling the truth that he’s The Flash from the other earth. Barry is still questioning if he’s good or not and wants Caitlin to run more test.

Joe is now back at the police station. He ignores a cell phone call as a Officer Patty Spivot starts to ask him about being on the meta-human task force. Joe refuses her request after she gives him her resume.

Barry locks Jay in the metahuman jail. Jay gives Barry one last plea that he’s wasting time that he needs Jays help. Barry gets called away to a fire. Jay warns him to be careful. Barry runs into the fire and puts it out. After he puts it out we run into the man Zoom brought over to kill Barry. The man is made of sand and starts to fight Barry. Barry runs from the scene.

We come back to the scene now with Barry investigating the fire. Joe ask Barry what happened, he says there’s signs of arson. Patty Spivot shows up at the scene. Patty starts to fangirl over Barry forensic reports. Patty finds where the fire started and has some evidence for Barry. She ask Joe about the meta human task force again. Joe refuses.

Back at STAR labs Jay is doing more test on the treadmill. Barry presents Cisco with the sand from the metahuman that attacked him. Jay let them know it’s not sand, that it’s cellls that have the ability to rearrange and harden. Jay lets the team know he’s fought the man before that his name is Sand Demon. Cisco lets Jay know that he can name this one but its Cisco’s job to name the bad guys. Jay knows how to stop him but Barry is still questioning Jay’s intentions on this world. Barry says if Jay was any good that he would have caught him already. Barry wants Jay back in his cell.

Professor has been calculating the breach. Professor and Cisco figure out how to photograph the breach. Cisco then starts to examine the sand and has a vibe moment and sees the fight between Barry and Sand Demon.

Joe doing some street cop work tracks down the meta human and he starts to run. Joe starts to chase, just ask Joe rounds a corner we see Spivot arresting the man who was running. Spivot again ask if she can join the task force.

Joe is questioning Eddie Slick and we find out that he was in BlackGate Pentatry we the explosion happened. He can’t be a meta human. Barry and Spivot are talking watching Joe. Joe and Barry start to believe that there could be doppelganger.

Back at STAR labs Barry is still questioning the Earth 2 theory. That they need proof. Iris ask everyone to leave. Iris questions why Barry doesn’t trust people why has he changed. Barry says that because they trusted Wells a lot people are dead. Iris says everyone is not Wells, that he needs his team and he can’t treat them like this.

Joe and Spivot are now releasing Eddie Slick and tells him he doesn’t want to see him again. Joe questions why Spivot wants on his team again. Slick now walks back up the hill. Joe see him and says he told him to go. Its Sand Demon and says he can’t go he need to see The Flash. Joe gets knocked out by a sand punch and Sand Demon kidnaps Spivot .

Barry opens Jays cell and lets him know that Sand Demon has kidnapped an officer. Barry asks Jay for help. Jay lets the team know they need to look for humid areas that he will basically dry out so he needs the moisture. Jay also lets them know that he fights on two fronts that he will distract and attack. Jay says Barry needs to use his speed to stop him. Jay tells Barry he’s going to hurl lightning at him to stop Sand Demon. Jay is going to teach Barry how to throw lightning.

Sand Demon is creating a bomb to kill Spivot. Spivot says he’s just lucky and he got powers that just enhance the worse parts of him.

Team Arrow can’t find any locations that fit the discription that Jay gave them to find Sand Demon. Cisco says give me a minute and walks away. He’s trying to use his vibe power to track him down. Cisco finds the location. Professor sees Cisco coming out of the vibe. He questions how Cisco knows where she is. Cisco says its just a hunch. Professor knows somethings up.

Jay is training Barry how to throw lightning. Barry is still questioning Jay’s motives and tells Jay about Wells. Cisco tells Barry about the location and the bomb. Jay’s says he’s used that on him before. Barry decides to trust Jay and tells him to suit up and he’s going to use him as a distraction.

Both Flash fight off Sand Demon using Jay’s strategy and Barry’s newly taught lightning ppower to rescue Officer Spivot. At the end of the rescue we seen the shot of both Flash running towards her just like the classic comics.

Caitlyn lets Jay know that just because he lost something that life isn’t any worse. Barry apologizes to Jay about not trusting him. Jay starts to tell Barry about Zoom and that Zoom wants to be the only speedster in any world.

Joe figures out why Spivot wants to be in the task force. We find out that Mark Mardon killed her father and that when the Mardon brothers got power she knew she needed to be on the task force because she doesn’t want evil people with powers. Joe accepts her into the task force.

Iris’s mom walks out of the elevator at the station and ask Joe why he wasn’t returning her phone calls. We now know who Joe was ignoring throughout the episode when his phone was ringing.

Back at STAR Labs Professor starts questioning Cisco about his visions. Cisco starts to explain his vibe and his visans. Cisco explains to Professor that he just wants it to stop and doesn’t want anyone to know. Cisco is worried because Wells gave him the power and Wells was evil.

The rendering of the city is over and we find out there’s 52 breaches in the world. In the middle of the speech Professor collapses.

We see STAR Labs in a different world and a group of kids getting a tour, an elevator opens and out walks Harrison Wells….
