Arrow Cast Joe Dinicol as Ragman
EW reported that Joe Dinicol has been cast as Ragman for season 5 of Arrow. Dinicol will be playing Rory Regan, a DC Comics vigilante known as Ragman. EW describes Ragman’s backstory for the show as ‘Fresh from a personal tragedy, Rory hopes to find answers in Star City, where he ultimately crosses paths with Green Arrow (Stephen Amell).’
This is an interesting casting to me because the character is more in the magic and mystical especially when Amell has been very vocal about getting back to the show reality based roots.
